Born Out of a passion for prize fighting. Modern Boxing Journal is a new home for boxing lifestyle and culture. Our magazine considers the stories outside the ring, the art and fashion
it inspires and the rich personalities that make it so great.
We’re boxing fans who care about the sport – so the magazine is our response to a gap we’ve noticed. Why is there no boxing lifestyle publication, which celebrates the beauty of the sport? Since its conception, boxing has captivated the public – tapping into the fight or flight instinct that lives within all of us. Whether accessed through a local club, or the iconswe worship boxing is a part of society. Yet it’s so much more than a sport. It’s left an indelible mark on popular culture. Many of the great writers, film directors, photographers and designers have used boxing to bring their ideas to life. This is a Modern Boxing Journal – crafted by fans to celebrate boxing.
